Inspired by the life work of Margaret Morris, "Colours" was a collaboration between the Royal Scottish Conservatoire and the University of Edinburgh. Choreographed by Vincent Hantam, with Music Direction by Peter Manning. Created and produced by Wendy Timmons, "Colours" performed as part of the Oxygen New Works Programm at the 2013 Edinburgh Festival.

The costumes were inspired by Margaret Morris' wardrobe and the pieces she created. She was drawn to the silhouettes of ancient Greece and Egypt, and the "Colours" designs pay tribute to the diaphanous, effortless looks she embodied.
